Meet Stacey from Stacey INQ who will be showing her gorgeous Balinese inspired wares at Piccadilly Market on 3rd August.




Tell us a little about yourself? 
Born and bred in Geelong and in my early 20s travelled around Australia and settled in Port Douglas for 7 years. I have spent over 20 years working in the retail/fashion industry. Currently I am working for the Department of Justice and running my own business Stacey Inq importing jewellery, leather bags, clothing and homewares from Bali to sell on my website.

How did you come up with your business name?
I really wanted the business name to be personal for me and felt really drawn to using my surname. It's strong and simple and no one else has it.

Tell us how your product/range came about?
 Inspired by the beauty on the 'Island of the Gods' unique pieces have been hand picked and  handmade creating a range based on my love for Bali.




How long have you been in business for?
1 year. I launched my website in August last year.

What inspires you?
Love, family, friendship and freedom.

Have you always been ‘crafty’ or has it bloomed later in life?
 No, I have never been crafty.

What is something cool that most people wouldn’t know about you?
 I love riding motorbikes.

If money was no object what would be your dream destination right now?
Definitely Bora Bora.

 Favorite book?
The Art of Living by Dalai Lama

What is your favorite website(s) ?        
The Cool Hunter, The Luxe Nomad and Magali Pascal.

 Have you ever met anyone famous
I met Greg Norman at a party in Melbourne many years ago.
